Refined Modeling Method and Analysis of an Electromagnetic Direct-Drive Hydrostatic Actuation System

چکیده

The hydrostatic actuation system based on linear actuators improves the complex piston force and long transmission path of traditional electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA). However, new nonlinear factors in direct-driven are introduced into system, which present challenges to modeling control. To improve accuracy performance prediction, this paper analyzed working characteristics an electromagnetic direct-drive (EDHAS). A dynamic model including LuGre friction was established. high-pressure internal leakage pump described by inclined eccentric model. Karnopp applied solve problem switching between viscous sliding a cylinder. hydraulic components established AMESim, controller were Matlab/Simulink, establish refined electromechanical–hydraulic co-simulation EDHAS with electromagnetic, mechanical, hydraulic, control coupling. test platform built. simulation results displacement, pressure, flow rate, cylinder displacement match well experimental results, verifies validity method.
